Payment plans will not be granted to previous payment plan defaulters or parents who did not pay instalments on the dates they committed to.
Old debts cannot be paid via payment plans. They can only be used to pay new term fees.
Transport and co-curricular fees must be paid in full, in advance of the start of the new term
50% of new term’s fees must be paid in full before the start of the new term.
All scheduled payment instalments must be settled in full by the Mid-Term date, i.e. 15th June 2021.
Default in payment of an instalment will cause the payment plan to lapse and could be grounds for rejection of a payment plan application for the next term.
A KShs3,000 surcharge will be applied for returned cheques if the reason is due to insufficient funds.
Post-dated cheques will be banked on the due date. The school will not agree to change the date of banking.
Payment plans must be applied for and submitted on or before the school opening date
The school will issue a student card to those who have cleared fees in full or have approved payment plans. For the latter, the card will be valid until the date of the next scheduled payment instalment and will be renewed once that instalment is received.
The student card will be withdrawn if a parent defaults on a payment plan.
No access to buses, school premises or classes will be permitted without a valid student card.
